Woohoo! It’s Friday! Thank God! Time for us to gather and have fun……TOGETHER! Folks started coming in, and by 6:30 pm, we were all present and ready to go! Friday fatigue is a ‘real’ thing but it’s always so nice to see all the smiling faces! Today, we played a game called ‘Pizza Party’ which is a fun and collaborative game. Due to a large turnout, we split into 5 teams. The first team to ‘fill’ all 6 slices with the required toppings, won and shouted out ‘pizza’. For heartistry, we continued with our Valentine’s Day cards project. As always, we tend to have some interesting ice breakers in between.
On Sunday 1/28, we met at Delano Manongs Park for our park & play session. Fresh air and vitamin D is food for the mind, body and soul. The park was pretty packed and time flew!
