About the event
FRNDS is a Community bonding event aimed at fostering supportive relationships between police officers, first responders and individuals from the neurominorities such as Autism, Down syndrome, and Cerebral palsy. This is a Pragny Allis4Change initiative that promotes understanding, empathy, and inclusivity within the community.
At our FRNDS events, not only do police officers and First Responders have the opportunity to interact with and learn from our neurominority peers, but they also gain valuable insights into the unique challenges and needs of this communities. This interaction also helps in breaking down stereotypes, dispelling myths, and building trust between the police force and individuals with neurominorities.
Furthermore, these community bonding events provide a platform for neurominority individuals to feel empowered, respected, and valued within society. It allows them to engage with law enforcement in a positive and non-threatening setting, fostering a sense of belonging and acceptance.
