Navigating services for a loved one with developmental disabilities can be challenging. PRAGNYA's Coffee, Chai & I offers a supportive environment where individuals and families can connect, share experiences, and find strength in community. Because at PRAGNYA, together we all win!
Additionally, we focus on the Self-Determination Program, where participants can learn how to lead a self-determined life. This forum will help people connect and learn from those already living self-determined lives.
Join us for warm conversation, refreshments, and valuable resources. We have our experienced person centered planner and Independent facilitator presenting and taking on any questions you may have about the SDP program!
