Moving Beyond Awareness to Acculturation
Every April, the world talks about "Autism Awareness." At PRAGNYA, we take it a step further we celebrate
"Neuro-Diversity Awarness Day". We also know that awareness is just the start—Belonging is the goal. We call this "Acculturation." It’s about creating a safe space where neurodiversity isn’t just accepted; it’s celebrated and valued as a vital part of our community.
Since 2018, our "Step Up for PRAGNYA" Talent showcase has been the heartbeat of this mission. This year on April 4th 2026, we are back and bigger than ever, bringing everything—and everyone—together under one roof.
What’s Happening on April 4th 2026 ?
We’re transforming the Milpitas Community & Recreation Center into a "Unified Hall." This means our speakers, our resource tables, and our talented performers are all in one vibrant space together.
A "Coffee, Chai & I" Welcome
We know that the best conversations happen over a good cup of tea/ coffee... hence Our "Coffee, Chai & I" team will have snacks and fresh chai ready throughout the whole event.

The Morning Symposium (9 AM – 11 AM): Start your day with "lightning talks" from experts. We’ve cut the long lectures down to 20-minute panel discussion providing helpful info on jobs, independence, clinical support, and your legal rights.

The Talent Showcase (11 AM – 1:30 PM): This is the soul of PRAGNYA. Since 2018, this stage has belonged to our neurodivergent community. Come watch our stars shine through song, dance, magic, and art!

The Resource Hub (All Day): Browse 20 hand-picked tables along the walls of the hall. Meet local clinics, advocacy groups, and providers who actually "get it."
